The Cancer Center Community (CCC) represents a collection of principal investigators and clinicians on the UMDNJ Newark campus who have an interest in cancer research. The community is organized by the Cancer Center using the CCC website, where members can easily upload information about their labs, research and interests. Besides functioning as the public face of the CCC (and providing an easily navigable website to its members), the site also allows members to effectively communicate with the community in a variety of ways, such as posting announcements, accepting abstracts for symposia and planning events.
